B. Information Collected Automatically:
Product Key: Upon installation, the extension creates a unique, anonymous identifier for your specific installation called a "Product Key." This key is used to link your installation to a valid license without using any personal information.
IP Address: When your extension communicates with our server to activate or validate a license, your IP address is processed. This is used for security purposes, such as preventing license abuse and for rate-limiting to protect our services.
C. Information Stored Locally on Your Device:
The extension uses Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage.local) to save your settings directly on your computer. This data is not sent to our servers unless required for a specific function (like saving presets, which is not currently implemented on the backend). This includes:
Your activated License Key and Product Key.
Your user interface preferences, such as the last used Base URL, Set ID, and window settings.
Your saved URL presets.
Your saved Proxy settings (IP, Port, Username, Password).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide Core Functionality: Your Product Key and License Key are used to verify your purchase and unlock the extension's features.
To Process Payments: We send your email address and an internally generated order to our payment processor, Square, to create a secure checkout session. We never see, handle, or store your credit card information.
To Deliver Your License: We use your email address to send you your purchased license key and activation instructions via our email delivery service, SendGrid.
For Security and Abuse Prevention: We use IP addresses and license information to validate activation attempts and protect our system from fraudulent use.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the following third-party service providers who are essential for our service to function:
Square (Payment Processor): To process your license purchase, we share order details and your email address with Square. All payment processing is handled by Square on their secure, PCI-compliant platform. You can view their privacy policy for more details.

Microsoft Azure (Hosting Provider): Our backend server and database are hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Your license information (Product Key, License Key, associated email) and security logs (IP addresses) are stored securely in our database, hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Chrome Web Store listing. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
